if we are going to tahan (ah, haha, punny!)
then we must prepare!
so this is the plan.
totally voluntary.
thursday 4.30pm meet in minicanteen
dump bags there
take valuables put in a shoebag
we will then run to the 25 storey block beside bishan park (about 1.5km away?)
at the 25 storey block
we will do major leg stretching
upon which we will embark on a 25 storey climb, up and down
no lift allowed
we shall climb 25 stories three times
by then our legs will have (hopefully) died
then we will run back to school
change up
and maybe eat.
objective being muscle endurance so no need to chiong up and down full steam 101% speed
just do every step one by one
and do constant pace
and if we do this
once a week
we is can tahan.
if we do it twice a week we will just own.
whoever wants to go TELL ME OKAY.

Hey, Xiaoxing's here. Thanks for coming out the suggestion. It's a pretty good idea. I want to join. But i've got some suggesions here. I think twice of climbing excluding warming-up is enough. Cause according to my training experience for the National Vertical Marathon, you'll really feel dying even after you climb once, and the comparitively low oxygen conc.at the 30th floor really makes you feel like vomiting. Actually there're 30-storey HDB flats near Catholic High School, we may want to climb the HDB flats there. That's all I want to say. Oh one more thing, does the pt start from this week i mean 26th april?
