Hi all this is Tak Chuen ( not chaga ) here =)
Taking up zach's advice to blog, i am here now posting my first ever blog post anywhere haha. So lets talk about today's activity shall we?
Today's act is probably just about pt and trying to improve our alredi zai fitness so that we wont die during rock climbing which is the next module. The guys were doing our static sets at the wide space outside the gym wif all those benches. Sadly, we were not the only ones there, as our other erm... more manly counterparts were there bending their arms, kissing the ground and trying to bring the building down wif all their shouting ...
Basically after our stretching n warm up jog, we started on the 2 rounds around rj, which was damn tiring for mi cos i had 2.4km trial run today for pe so my legs were still like aching =(
However, despite all my shagness, all the manly people around mi (other than the canoeists) inspired mi to give it my all ( lol just emoing abit haha), especially jon yee today waaa finally realised how manly he was leading the pack of us during the run and doing 10 chin ups omg ... gd job fellow scout =)
Static sets included pushups, squats, butterfly kicks (lol ... can butterflies kick?? another screwed up statement from jonyee) and the chinups. And of course we oso had our erm warm down run which was also ONLY 2 rounds around rj ... so yea tt basically sums up everything abt pt and today's act.
Ok shall not talk too much alredi cos i am like super tired and on the verge of collapsing. (wads more tmr still got another session of PE omg gg!!)
